Sujata SDC Plus series is powered by our proprietary Heated Platen Technology that allows entire area of stationary platen to be converted into heated platen. It allows for ease in changing jobs as well as powers the machine to do creasing and cutting on heavy duty jobs like PET material and Plastic based packaging.
In additional to normal die cutting machine 'Salient Feature

Full heated platen machines which can be used for normal Die cutting as well for hot die cutting for cutting, creasing plastic boxes and other Plastic products , these machines are wide opens to give additional opening space. To stationery and moving platen to accommodates both type of dies from 1/4"(equal to standard hot dies and hot printing block to 23.799 mm (equal to standard cutting rule height).

- Dies must be heat transformation to Cutting creasing rules
- Temperature 100-120 F
- Use close and open dwell

- Traditional : wooden die from back to be cut like it’s rule give touch to heater
